If you are spending good money on investing in your telecommunications and/or security, then a face-to-face meeting is always the starting point.

Each member of our team has extensive experience in assessing your full requirement. We often don’t talk about products in the beginning (we know that you’re actually after the benefits, not what each button can do), but in order to make relevant recommendations we need to agree on what it is you really need.

An initial meeting will generally take between 30 – 60 minutes, but our clients (almost) always agree that it’s time well spent.


 

Following the initial meeting, we will prepare a proposal and quote(s), which is the sounding board for refining how we propose to meet your needs.

Sometimes, we get it right the first time, but often this initial proposal opens up a constructive discussion about the options available to you. With years of industry experience, we can give you examples of how companies similar to yours have addressed their needs, which means you have valuable perspective from the real world.


 

Once we’ve agreed the final specification, the decision is yours whether you feel we are the right supplier for you. We believe that the products we sell are industry leading, but let’s be honest, what your business really needs is a supplier who you can “live with” for a number of years.

While you’re deciding which supplier you want to use, we’ll try our best not to dazzle you with how wonderful we think we are, because we know the proof is in the delivery.


 
If you choose CCT as your Telephony and/or Security provider, our support team springs to action and we literally take the project off your hands. Of course we encourage you to be involved, but more often than not, our clients have busy, successful businesses to run and don’t want to spend time project managing phone lines or hardware orders. That’s what you pay us for.

 

Once the project is completed, we fully test our work to make sure everything works the way YOU intended. All our products and services come with an unlimited fully comprehensive support and maintenance agreement, which means if we didn’t do the job right, WE’LL lose money, not you.
